About This Session:

Rewind for a minute. It’s June 2020, and you — or many that you maybe know — are experiencing for the first time, or likely for the most profound time, a racial reckoning in the wake of the murder of George Floyd, and the rapid-fire succession of news about countless other victims of police brutality against black people in America.

At that time, news of these tragic incidents shined a spotlight on the notion that true freedom for Black Americans has never been fully realized in this country, leaving us all with the truth that we all play a part in allowing the systemic racism to continue in America. Perhaps also around that time, you began to educate yourself more robustly on how you’ve been able to not see the system of racism and injustice and to learn how to become a better ally.

Unfortunately (as you well know), the hate continues. And so, too, must our work to help end it.

This session is dedicated to invigorating our allyship. We’ll explore more ways step up, talk through the important of rest (as an equal right), and learn new tactics to express our beliefs in justice. Even louder this time.

This session is exclusively for Campowerment.com members and your friends. Each member may bring up to 3 guests with a registration link in your confirmation email.
