About This Session:

Before you can make a plan for what you actually want in 2023, you've gotta clear out the muck in your mind that has accrued over the last 12 months. As we prepare to ring in the new year, and start with a blank slate, we must first set an intention for how we wanna show up for ourselves and our people in the year ahead. Together, let's get clear on what you want to feel like, rather than try to figure out what the next year is "supposed to" look like. And then we’ll meditate on that as we bid adieu to 2022.
