About This Session:

Your breath is a powerful force. It keeps you alive and it also holds energetic trauma. which doesn't respond to thought. You can't just "think away your stress" and expect your body to release it on its own. Taking some deep breaths can calm you down but learning how to purge what you weren't able to process in the heat of the moment can help you release the trauma you've been unconsciously holding onto. Come to this if you want to connect with the deepest part of your body and learn where you are blocked. This is intense, highly athletic work and for it to be effective, you have to push through some tough stuff. Participation requires you lying on a comfy bed with your camera locked down on your belly and your chest.
