About This Session:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as Tapping, is a quantum self-healing tool that uses percussive tapping on the meridians of the body to process fears, traumas, and all other negative emotions. Alexa is an experienced EFT Practitioner who, in this workshop, will teach you how to use EFT yourself, to process everything from anxiety, childhood trauma relationship issues, sexual shame and money issues, as well as all the anxiety that’s coming up around us right now.
