So many of us are caring for someone who needs us right now (aside from kids and partners-that's a given!) and that can be overwhelming. In this Circle, we'll share the tips and shortcuts we've learned on our journeys, as well as our wins and losses and tricks we've mastered to keep us sane. Come to this if you need a reminder to put a few of your own needs at the top of that to-do list that's been taken over by everyone else's!
