About This Session:

Your mind is the only thing that can keep anxiety at bay, especially during stressful times of transition, which are happening, on many levels, right now.

Many of us try to escape our current uncertainty by burying ourselves in social media or alcohol or overeating, but avoidance to not really feel what is present for you will not calm down your racing mind. Meditation can. It invites you to feel uncomfortable because what’s happening in your head might not feel so good, but if you don't fully feel it, it s negative effects wear down your body.

Come to this if you're ready to step into the space of mindfulness, learn how to assess your stress, and really feel it, so it can move through you.

Sussy will help you understand why you should be meditating and she'll teach you HOW. Beginners + experienced meditators all welcome.
