Betcha didn’t know this: If you sigh, yawn, snore, breathe through your mouth or even talk for a living, you probably have some form of dysfunctional breathing.

Yes, there is a right and wrong way to breathe for relaxation and optimal health. Contrary to what you may think, it is NOT about taking long, big breaths.

In this Workshop, you will learn the basics of the Buteyko Breathing Method (BBM), including how and why breathing lightly, calmly and through the nose can help you access better oxygenation of tissues and organs, including your brain. Bonus: BBM can help mitigate anxiety, decrease stress and help you fall (and go back to) sleep more quickly.
