About This Session:

‘What if Upping’ is a unique and joyful practice guaranteed to raise your vibration and fill your heart with possibilities, even when you can't quite see them yet.

This one's a highly interactive Circle based on the book "What if all goes right?" by Mendhi Audlin. Bring with you one issue or problem or goal or dream and allow the other participants to help you uplift the possibilities for that issue. Even those long forgotten goals/dreams can be resurrected, when observed objectively through the lenses of others.

This one's a hands-on participatory exercise. You will be sharing an issue AND responding to everyone else’s share.

No matter what, you will leave feeling better. Who doesn’t want that?
