About This Session:

It’s not yoga and it’s not meditation. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, called enlightened sleep, which is proven to reduce stress.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique from India that improves the heart rate and is now being used to help soldiers here cope with PTSD.

This workshop is for you if you want to shut off your brain and calm down your nervous system through deep breath work and intense relaxation. Be prepared to participate from your bed, with a thin pillow for your head and a big one under your knees, and a blanket to cover you.
