About This Session:

The Yamas and the Niyamas are the Ethical Principles of Yoga. In this session, we’ll take a deep dive into the last of the five Yamas, the ethical principles of yoga. This one, Aparigraha, is all about non-hoarding, and developing a sensitivity to what you really need and taking no more than that. It teaches you not to be possessed by your possessions, because as long as you are chasing the next great thing, you will never have enough of anything. Join Sussy to meditate on that, and learn why if there is something you want, you should take the necessary steps to make it happen. And then let go of the outcome.
