Learning Session: Circle

Living Your Dash

With: Suzanne Wachtel, LCSW - Grief Therapist

Tuesday, May 25th at 2:00 pm EST

Duration: 75 minutes

About This Session:

Every tombstone contains a dash: the little line that sits between the person's year of birth and his/her last day on Earth.

Twenty-five years ago, Linda Ellis, of Atlanta, wrote a simple poem called, "The Dash," that has since helped millions of people stop and look at their lives through a different lens...to reflect on all the life that was lived in that little dash.

We're going deep in this one, where we'll read the poem and you'll take a few minutes to write your DASH. Then we'll discuss it, as it's never too early to start thinking about how YOU want to be remembered when your life is over.
