We weren’t all blessed to have been born to a fabulous mother…some of us became fabulous women in spite of the hand we were dealt. Others still struggle to feel encouraged, loved and accepted and supported.

Melody is a Marriage and Family Therapist whose mom was a troubled soul her entire life. Melody felt confusion in her teens, disengaged in her 20's, anger in her 30's. Now, deep into adulthood, acceptance has come. She learned that her mom’s poor parenting skills had everything to do with her own pain and not her children's worth.
