Whether you already love to walk or are just getting started, now is the time to step it up for a happier, healthier life. Michele has written three books on walking effectively, and as the former Fitness Director of Prevention Magazine, she's coached thousands of women to walk full and half marathons.

Come to this session if you want live, on-the-ground instruction to learn how to burn calories like a runner with low-impact, joint-friendly walking and fix common walking mistakes, which can make your strolls more enjoyable, with greater health benefits, physically and mentally.

Michele will demo simple walking techniques then you’ll get up, give it a try, and get feedback.

Join us for this interactive session with your laptop, in an area where you can take about 4 to 5 steps (about 3-5 feet), and wear sneakers and clothes you can move in!
