About This Session:

Mudras are hand gestures done during meditation that can channel your body’s energy flow to promote healing, help you refocus and increase your vitality.

Mudras originated in ancient India, as a way to calm down and soothe the soul. In this workshop, Anne (Sussy) will teach us all about the hand poses that can help us to go inward to recharge, leading a different meditation for each one.
