All exercise is not created equal, especially as our bodies change with age.

As the former Fitness Director of Prevention Magazine, and the author of four fitness books, including “Firm Up in Three Weeks,” Michele will be sharing what she's learned to help women over 40 get fit, feel good, and slow down the aging train!

She's teaching the fundamental moves that are designed to keep you moving easily, even as you age. And together, you'll work out, in real time, with Michele watching to make sure you're doing them correctly. Hint: it’s less about cardio and more about strength training, which takes less time and is more effective, if you do the right moves properly. Come to this workshop if you're ready to learn them.
