About This Session:Rhythm & Prana Flow, also known as Yoga Trance Dance®️, created by Shiva Rea, is a contemporary exploration of the spirit of dance within yoga. This incredibly fluid movement class combines beginning yoga asanas in a spontaneous, natural flow, then unfolds into an exploration of free-form, breath- driven movement to unleash your creative life force and cultivate embodied freedom. Wear comfy clothes and Zoom in from a space with lots of room to let loose!
